The terms that apply when using Visa Ease Indo visa assistance services.

1. Nature of Service
Visa Ease Indo is an independent private service provider that assists clients with document preparation, form filling, verification, submission, and tracking for visa applications. We are NOT a government agency, embassy, consulate, or official immigration body. Final visa approval is the exclusive authority of the competent immigration or diplomatic authorities of the destination country.
2. No Guarantee of Approval
We do not guarantee that any visa application will be approved. Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant authorities and depend on factors beyond our control. We do not promise, imply, or guarantee a specific outcome.
3. Client Obligations
Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documents.
Comply with the requirements and regulations of the destination country.
Inform us immediately of any changes to your plans or documents.
Understand that providing false information may result in rejection or legal consequences.
4. Fees & Payment
Service fees are separate from government, embassy, and courier fees charged by the relevant authorities. All applicable fees are explained before you confirm the service. Any changes to official fees by the authorities will be communicated to you in advance.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visa Ease Indo is not liable for visa rejection, delays caused by authorities, loss or damage of documents during transit by third-party couriers, or for outcomes not caused by our own negligence. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the affected service.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your documents and personal data confidential and use them solely to provide the requested service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be resolved through consultation and, if not resolved, through the competent courts in Indonesia.
